After repeated calls to their support center, I was finally able to grasp the concepts of options trading with OptionVue software. Its not that its not easy to work with, but truthfully its not for beginners.

It does allow for you to quantify a prospective trade, which is helpful. But as far as having a magic 8 ball, its not very trustworthy. All the software allows for this. The best part of their program is the options research that they make available to their users.

Specifically the OptionVue 5 Options Analysis Software is worth the investment. It doesn't cost as much as Optionetics and there is no seminar. The materials for customer support are available to you free on the web and over the phone. Plus, who can remember all that stuff from the Optionetics seminar. Mark, this stuff is not the best out there, but is halfway decent for the moderate trader. It does help you think through your trades before following through with them. But who needs software to do that?

The 30 day trial offer makes this software reasonably accessible for anyone to begin trading with it. I think its like 50 bucks. Also, they have free live support to make sure that your trades, and the software are progressing as you intend them too. If I used software, I might try it.
